We are looking for a Demand Planner CZSK to join our Cereals team and take responsibility for strategic demand planning across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring strategic management of the Demand Planning process to prepare the Consensus Demand Plan
• Delivering a stable demand plan while appropriately considering recent events and ensuring high Demand Plan Accuracy, controlled variability, and no systematic bias
• Using appropriate statistical models and parameters and enriching statistical forecasts to generate accurate base demand forecasts
• Managing exceptions to enhance the responsiveness of the Supply Chain in fulfilling customer demand
• Creating and maintaining relevant master data in the planning systems used
• Building and maintaining strong communication and collaboration within Supply Chain and with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance
• Effectively using demand planning system functionalities to enable an exception‑based management approach
• Ensuring demand plan information is available to internal business partners as required
• Collaborating regularly with Marketing and Sales by providing input on product launches, portfolio optimization, commercial decisions, promotions, and customer behavior
• Managing the appropriate balance between stock levels and product freshness

Your Profile

• University degree preferred
• Relevant work experience in planning or forecasting is highly desirable
• English at a professional business level
• Advanced user of MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset, team player, adaptable and flexible
