Nestlé Professional ANZ is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Brand Manager – Beverages (B2B) to join our team. Based in Rhodes, Sydney, you will report to the Head of Beverages and play a key role in developing and executing our beverage brand strategy across Out-of-Home channels.
The Nestlé Professional team has a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Leading product brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi & Milo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging marketer with strong commercial acumen, curiosity and a proactive mindset who is ready to step into true end-to-end brand ownership
A Day in the Life…
As Brand Manager for our market leading beverage portfolio (NESCAFÉ, MILO, Nestlé), you will:
- Manage and execute brand projects end-to-end across B2B channels and customers.
- Support delivery of the annual Innovation & Renovation pipeline, using strong insights and analytics to shape ideas from concept through commercialisation.
- Activate customer and consumer brand initiatives across key touchpoints — product, packaging, e-content and activations content.
- Work closely with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Technical and Finance to deliver aligned brand plans.
- Establish great relationships with creative, packaging and digital agencies to deliver compelling B2B brand experiences.

- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and agency partners through exceptional collaboration
- Commercially savvy with the ability to analyse performance and link findings to decisions
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or related commercial roles (Sales/FMCG preferred)
- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing projects end-to-end
- Exposure to digital/e-content management across owned and partner channels
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline
