The Opportunity
Are you a commercially savvy marketer with a passion for building brands, driving digital growth, and creating exceptional consumer experiences?
We're looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to join the Nestl֤e team, the home of some of the world's most loved brands, including NESCAFÉ, MILO, Kit Kat and Uncle Toby’s.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine brand management, communication and innovation to deliver growth in one of Nestlé's most dynamic categories. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, accelerating performance, and creating meaningful connections with coffee lovers across Australia and New Zealand.
A day in the life…
As Brand Manager, you'll lead end-to-end innovation and brand growth initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding commercial and consumer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the Innovation & Renovation pipeline from insight generation and concept development through to product launch and commercialisation
• Managing a key growth portfolio, identifying opportunities through data analysis, consumer insights and market trends
• Developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, relevance and competitive advantage
• Creating and delivering best-in-class integrated communication campaigns in partnership with creative and media agencies
• Leading brand activation and product launch programs across consumer and customer touchpoints
• Monitoring portfolio performance, identifying opportunities and ensuring strong strategic alignment
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, commercial teams and global marketing colleagues

You'll bring:
• Proven experience in Brand Management, ideally within FMCG, food, beverage or consumer goods
• Strong innovation leadership, including concept development, product development and commercialisation experience
• A strategic mindset paired with a strong bias for action and results
• Experience working with creative, media and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, supported by a tertiary qualification
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A collaborative approach and passion for driving growth through innovation
