As our Master Barista, you will be at the forefront of our training and education initiatives. Your role will involve creating, developing, and delivering captivating training and education content that will leave a lasting impact on our customers and our Nestlé Professional team.
A day in the Life…
Your responsibilities will go beyond teaching others how to make great coffee from our range of machines and systems. You will be an ambassador for our brands, sharing knowledge about our our manufacturing processes, our sustainability approach, our coffee quality standards as well as our cutting-edge machines and equipment. By educating our customers and sales team, you will make a significant difference in their understanding and appreciation of our brands and coffee.
As a Master Barista, you will work with our Sales and Operations Team to build strong relationships with our valued customers, fostering a positive and friendly environment with their barista crew. Your expertise will extend to “training the trainers”, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of training, education and expertise on our coffee brands and equipment. You will also support our marketing team in new product launches, recipe optimisation and customer's presentations.
What will make you successful:
- Barista certification from accredited training academy
- Extensive experience with coffee equipment and knowledge working of all forms of coffee and other beverages
- Willingness to learn and become an expert on Nestlé proprietary coffee machine equipment
- Coffee sensory knowledge and ability to identify coffee tasting cues
- Ability to provide technical guidance to new team members and creating the training program of coffee products, equipment and sensory
- Able to read and speak fluently in English and displayed flair in presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and businesses
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to read and speak fluently in EnglishAble to undertake regular and ongoing travel interstate visiting customers and sales team
