Position Summary

 

Nestlé Infant Nutrition is seeking a strategic and driven eBusiness Manager to join our passionate team in Sydney on a 12-month contract.

 

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute the local eBusiness agenda, ensuring full alignment with Nestlé’s global and regional strategies. You’ll drive digital acceleration across eCommerce, digital marketing, and data-driven consumer engagement—delivering meaningful value to parents and caregivers through innovative online experiences.

 

A day in the Life…

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Nestlé Infant Nutrition, you will;

 

  • Lead the development and execution of the local eBusiness strategy aligned with global and regional priorities.
  • Integrate efforts across website, brand, eCommerce, and media teams to drive performance across all channels.
  • Use consumer and market insights to inform decisions, anticipate disruptions, and shape strategic direction.
  • Contribute to integrated communication planning—from concept to media execution.
  • Accelerate eCommerce performance through best-in-class eContent, search, ratings & reviews, and data partnerships.
  • Support brand teams in developing digital media strategies tailored to target audience preferences.
  • Identify and manage key partners, agencies, platforms, and eRetailers.
  • Implement eBusiness KPIs, share best practices, and build digital capabilities across teams.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Nestlé policies, standards, and local regulations.

 

What will make you successful: 

 

  • 3+ years of digital marketing and eCommerce experience.
  • 3–5 years of Marketing and/or Sales experience and ideally in FMCG or health-related categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret real-time data and trends.
  • Broad understanding of digital media, websites, social, search, CRM, analytics, and eCommerce.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
