We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible to/for:
- Actively develop and execute initiatives to deliver against portfolio brand plans in line with business strategy
- Support core business team in evaluating/monitoring brands' performance and managing expenditure
- Manage internal processes within Nestle to support the implementation of aligned plans and initiatives
- Work closely with Channel team and take a proactive approach to ensure the delivery of agreed targets and plans
A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager...
- Support and be an integral part of the core business team in the development of the business strategy and portfolio brand plans in the ICP process by identifying key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment), and execution of aligned initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Responsible for developing and implementing engaging brand experiences through strong campaign ideas with an integrated approach (ATL/BTL), deploying at relevant consumer touch points including consumer promotions, ensuring alignment to brand communication standards.
- Work closely with strategic stakeholders, sales teams, agency and vendor partners in the planning and implementation of trade-related activities to ensure flawless execution of aligned plans.
- Responsible for monitoring category/brand performance and competitive set, consumer trends and insights to identify opportunities that drive growth and penetration.
- Accountable for business updates, analysis and recommendations for the respective brands (Total, Brand, SKU), including evaluations of implemented plans and initiatives.
- Responsible for managing PFME budgets based on aligned brand plans, and ensure all PFME investment is optimized through reviews and evaluations.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.
