We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager that will be responsible to:
- Actively plan and implement initiatives to grow market share/category
- Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products and distribution to improve profitability and sales.
- Manage the internal processes within Nestle to support the implementation of agreed plans and initiatives.
- Work closely with CCSD (Channel Category Sales Development)/Key Account Managers and take a proactive approach to ensure the delivery of agreed targets and plans.
- To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- To ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
A day in the life of...
- Formulate and implement marketing plan based on consumer research insights.
- Budgeting and control for brand’s marketing activities
- Implement and track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team and strategic stakeholders
- Working with CCSD in the planning and implementation of trade related activites
What Will Make You Successful...
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years in FMCG Brand Management
