We are looking for a Brand Executive to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

 

A day in the life of a Brand Executive.. 

 

  1. Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing the brand strategy and annual marketing plans to deliver business and brand objectives.
  2. Be an integral member of the cross-functional business team, contributing to business planning and the successful execution of brand initiatives.
  3. Monitor brand performance across total business, brand, SKU, portfolio, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.
  4. Analyse consumer insights, market trends, competitive activities and category performance to identify opportunities and recommend relevant marketing actions.
  5. Lead Brand Operations by coordinating end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including artwork development, packaging updates, product launches, POSM, agency management, approvals, timelines, and cross-functional alignment to ensure flawless execution.
  6. Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including consumer communications, digital, media, in-store activation and innovation rollouts.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programmes using pre- and post-campaign analysis, translating learnings into continuous improvement.
  8. Support Brand Managers to manage the assigned PFME budget responsibly, ensuring effective allocation, tracking and compliance with company guidelines.

 

What will make you successful...

  • Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
  • Experience in marketing or brand experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
