Position summary
Are you ready for your next challenge? Do you want to become part of our Food Team? We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and proactive, person to join our team in the position of Commercial Development Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for developing & deploying category strategy to ensure continued growth in the country that reflect consumer, shopper and channel dynamics. You will help us to win every step of the way and take the Nestle Food business to the forefront of consumer minds.
A day in the life of Commercial Development Specialist Food:
• Ensures that Shopper insight is taken into account in all trade implementation (from I2L to Shopper communication).
• Knows and Understands Category Growth Drivers and the Omnic/Channel Category Strategy process
• Ensures agreed Category Growth Drivers and Activation Platforms are illustrated in ALL initiatives: from I&R to RTM, Price/Promo, Shopper Communication
• Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels)
• Monitors that Channel prioritization and plans are correctly reflected in Sales plans and in trade implementation.
• Drive the implementation of executable brand, customer & field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets
• Co-ordinate execution and track delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize resource allocations.
Monitors competitive landscape and identifies opportunities for Nestle.
• Continuously monitors budget spending in line with agreed planning.
• Optimizes promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation to improve ROI.
What will make you successful?
Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience and minimum bachelor degree in relevant field.
You are good communicator, have developed interpersonal skills and a good team player.
You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, and advanced user of MS Office package.
