POSITION SUMMARY

Are you ready for your next challenges? Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Trade Marketing Trainee based in 
our Sofia office. You will be actively involved in providing insights on the Pet Category through point of sales, 
shopper and consumer data.

 
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRADE MERKETING TRAINEE:

Creation of trade and consumer promotions at the point of sales on the basis of our activity plans
•    coordinating all functions involved in trade/consumer promotions, collecting data, giving info(Sales, Marketing and Supply chain) 
•    ensuring point of sales materials to be delivered in time to distributors and customers
 
Launch of new products - preparation and execution tracking on the basis of activity plans 
•    coordinating all streams (marketing, sales and Supply chain) with necessary data, launch timing and quantities
•    creating merchandising standards / planograms and proposal for sales activities to support new launches
•    sales presenter creation and obtain samples for listing 
 
Point of sales materials yearly planning proposal (incl.. Budget monitoring), approved by Commercial Manager:
•    creation of list of point of sales materials needed
•    coordination with marketing for creative solutions 
•    ensuring that point of sales materials are delivered in time
•    point of sales materials budget tracking
 
Preparing sales reports and analysis, discussing those with Commercial Manager
 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 

• Excellent level of English and Bulgarian language (written and spoken)
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
• Good computer knowledge
• Energetic
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Desire to learn
