Position Summary

As an Analyst, Marketing Analytics working with Nestlé Purina’s Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence, you’ll be responsible for accelerating and activating our digital marketing measurement and technology strategy across websites, social media, display, CRM/email, search, ecommerce, and personalized content communications. This includes working with internal and external partners to recommend key strategies that impact the consumer experience across Nestle Purina's digital ecosystem.

 

  • Partner with Brand, Communications & Media Centers of Excellence (COEs), and external agencies on measurement strategies across paid and owned touchpoints
  • Leverage multiple technologies and data sources to develop and deliver holistic insights via reporting dashboards and other visualization tools
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Research teams to leverage their technologies and data sources for campaign analytics, marketing mix modeling, and brand/sales lift studies
  • Serve as a consultant to brands, agencies, and technology & implementation specialists to improve the efficiency and functionality of analytics tracking across the entire consumer lifecycle
  • Help the organization strategize and deliver data-driven personalization initiatives by configuring technology and data integrations
  • Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key Media Planning initiatives to better support marketing campaign setup and design.
  • Develop analytics tagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of data
  • Stay current on the latest tools and industry developments across marketing analytics as well as the various digital media channels
  • Conduct analysis related to a wide range of marketing business challenges, interpret the data in a meaningful way, and translate insights into actionable information for the organization
  • Manage the dissemination of regular reports, generating insights that surface key optimization opportunities, trends and anomalies

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or data analytics required.

 

Other

  • 1+ year of experience with websites, social media, search, display, CRM, eCommerce, and/or content is preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in Adobe, Google 360, SalesForce, or similar marketing/analytics platforms is preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000 to $80,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
