As a Sr. Specialist – Animal Welfare Member Engagement, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for Petfinder members by supporting their member journey - from onboarding and activation through ongoing engagement and retention. Come prepared to help bring to life a best-in-class service model, combining scalable self-service tools with targeted, high-touch support to ensure members are successful on the platform and view Petfinder as a critical part of their own success. You will serve as both a trusted partner to Petfinder members and a connector across Product, Marketing, and Member Success leadership, helping to ensure that member feedback and industry insights are reflected in the overall digital experience.

Partner with Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities that increase member engagement, platform adoption, Petfinder Feeding Partners participation, and connection to the broader Purina ecosystem

Serve as an escalation partner on complex member registration, quality, and outreach situations

Partner with Petfinder Member Communications to develop and deliver member education and engagement initiatives - including webinars, conferences, training materials, and support resources - that strengthen member relationships, improve member success, and drive platform adoption

Partner cross functionally to identify recurring member pain points, support process improvements, and address trends impacting member satisfaction and retention

Utilize reporting tools to identify organization and engagement trends

Cultivate deep expertise in the animal welfare ecosystem and stay curious about emerging trends, research, innovations, and best practices

Serve as the voice of Petfinder to members, acting as a trusted partner, advocate, and resource that helps organizations successfully engage with and maximize value from the Petfinder platform
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
-
5+ years of experience in customer success, member engagement, account management, nonprofit relations, marketing, or a related field

Experience in or a passion for animal welfare is preferred

Must be able to travel up to 25% or as business needs require

Salary: $78,742.80 to $98,103 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
