As a Senior UX Researcher you'll join our innovative, fast-paced, user-focused team. This individual will be confident in UX strategy and able to facilitate workshops with colleagues from a range of disciplines and will exemplify the ability to do UX strategy work with a consumer first mindset and create solutions based on business strategy and needs. In this role, we give you the high charge of leading the efforts of a product group consisting of UX Design, UX/UI Design, UX, writing and UX research. Having a passion for digital trends, innovation, and the user experience will help you excel in the role as you assist product teams to translate business needs into highly engaging experiences.

 

  • Develop and own strategy to identify user pain points and provide recommendations for user experience, improving the conversion, retention, and satisfaction of product experience
  • Lead and facilitate collaboration on the build of UX artifacts and tools (personas, user flows, user journeys, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, product managers, designers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
  • Exemplify strategic, customer-centric decision making, and be a champion of UX principals
  • Lead in conducting, design, and analyze of user experience and usability testing - testing products with consumers and transform stakeholder questions into actionable research plans
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research testing to formulate UX plans
  • Present UX findings and help the user experience team align their direction with the organization’s business plan
  • Be at the forefront of the latest emerging trends and industry developments for website, device usage habits, and research strategies

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of UX principles, tools, and experience working with consumer facing digital products

 

Other

  • Working knowledge and work-related expereince for Lean Kanaban or Agile Scrum workflow methodologies
  • Experience working in an agency is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $97,000 to $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
