As an eContent Manager within our eCommerce Marketing group, you’ll drive the strategy of the digital shelf with a strong understanding of brand content, digital merchandising and retailer algorithms. What does your day-to-day look like? You will develop eContent strategies & best practices, educate brand teams, and ensure requirements are met to drive the eCommerce business. You must be able to find your ‘square’ – find passion in the work you do and develop meaningful partnerships with your customers. And if you’re naturally collaborative, curious, proactive, and digitally driven, you’ll fit right in.

 

  • Develop eContent strategies & advance best practices to drive findability and conversion
  • Synthetize consumer, category, competitive, and retailer insights to develop strategies and bring A/B test opportunities
  • Effectively communicate strategies and best practices to internal and agency teams
  • Ensure strong creative direction and requirements compliance to produce engaging and compelling eContent
  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category, Vendors and Agency partners to provide robust performance, competitive insights, and opportunities to develop Best-In-Class eContent
  • Drive eContent strategic planning, calendar execution, and measurement through soliciting cross-functional input, defining priorities and delegating tasks effectively
  • Lead continuous optimization planning, execution and measurement

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, eContent, SEO or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience working with eCommerce management platforms (ex. Stackline, NIQ, Commerce IQ)
  • 2+ years of experience working with content publishing platforms (ex. Salsify, Syndigo) and project management tools (ex. Adobe Workfront)

 

Other

  • 1+ years of experience in digital shelf analytics, paid search and retail media is preferred
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $142,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
