Working at Nespresso
In this role, you will play a crucial role in improving the digital experiences for our customers. You will be the bridge between eCommerce and Marketing as well as B2C teams to enhance the customer experience and UX performance. This includes working close with our eCommerce Operations team and marketing functions as well as Retail and Trade channels. You will optimize user journeys from always-on content to global and local campaigns. We enjoy a fast-paced environment and think individual sense of responsibility and empowerment is key.
This role can be located in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo and you will report to the Digital Experience Manager. This is a maternity cover with preferred starting date in February/March 2025 and for 1 year, with possibility to extension.
Your job
In this role, you are responsible for coordinating, testing and implementing campaigns across both Web and App platforms for Nespresso Nordics. You will be the main point of contact within eCommerce regarding global and local campaigns activities. The role also includes:
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to recommend and optimize user journeys across campaigns/weekly promotional calendar
- Identify and track potential online struggles through tools such as Glassbox, Google Analytics 4 and Usabilla
- Mapping customer journeys, identify experience struggles, recommend new UX/CX improvement, build campaign UX in design UX tool (ideally Figma), and collaborate with eCommerce Operations team to implement changes on eCommerce platforms
- Testing of campaign set-ups before campaign launch
- Creating post analysis of selected campaigns in collaboration with the eCommerce Data & Personalization Manager
- Support and implement user experience best practices on Nespresso.com through projects. On ad-hoc basis, support the Digital Experience Manager in initiatives to improve digital customer journeys from Trade, Retail and Media touchpoints.

We believe that you are a strong communicator and collaborator that enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholder. You are used to working with deadlines and are not afraid to take initiatives. You should be able to work with multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Furthermore, we believe that you have a strong analytical skill with the ability to work independently,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or YH degree within relevant field.
- A few years of experience in eCommerce, content management and A/B testing
- Solid understanding of digital user journeys and optimization process
- Experience with UI/UX design tool, ideally Figma. Photoshop is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools, basics of Google Analytics 4. Glassbox is a strong plus
- Experience from eCommerce in FMCG is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and either of Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
