We are looking for a BRAND MANAGER for our Nestlé Purina PetCare Baltics team. In this position YOU will be responsible for developing and executing Brand Plans in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing colleagues. 

 

A day in the life of a Brand Manager:

 

  • You will tailor Purina Central Brand and Portfolio Strategies to local market needs.  

  • Prepare & execute short and long-term brand marketing strategy & tactics according to agreed brand objectives.  

  • Create engaging brand experiences relevant for our local consumers by working effectively with local ATL and BTL agencies. 

  • Evaluate launch campaigns, refine effectiveness and efficiencies of plans. 

  • Conduct analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment) to identify and leverage key insights for business opportunities. 

  • Closely cooperate with regional teams looking for synergies in portfolio, communications, and other areas. Cascade and adapt best practices to the Baltics market. 

  • Collaborate closely with local cross functional team (Sales, Category Management, Business Controlling, Regulatory & etc.) 

 

What will make YOU successful? 

 

  • Proven ability for multi-project management and analytical skills to get actionable insights and use them effectively. 

  • Practical experience working /cooperating with eBusiness.  

  • Structured thinking to make the best decisions and offer solutions. 

  • Great planning skills and task prioritization. 

  • Profound presentation and communication skills. 

  • Initiative-taking team-player with fast learning abilities 

  • You are proficient in both written and spoken Estonian and you can fluently communicate in English.  

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Brand Management. Experience in FMCG industry would be considered as an advantage.
