Position Summary 

 

As our Global Creative Excellence Lead, you will help shape the creative future of some of the world’s most iconic brands. This is a role where your ideas, influence, and leadership will raise the standard of creativity across Nestlé globally. You’ll guide teams to think bigger, inspire agencies to deliver their best work, and build a culture where bold ideas thrive. You will also play a central role in transforming how Nestlé creates, evaluates, and celebrates powerful brand communications.

 

A Day in the Life of a Global Creative Excellence Lead

 

  • Elevate brand building, shaping world‑class creative platforms and accelerating the adoption of above‑market programmes.
  • Inspire and upskill our marketers, coaching teams in Big Ideas, social, creator and digital craft, and helping them brief, judge, and champion breakthrough work.
  • Energise the global marketing community through workshops and clinics, and by spotlighting standout work and emerging trends.
  • Champion bold, award‑worthy creativity, orchestrating ideas that strengthen our reputation for best‑in‑class brand building on the global stage including at Cannes and the Effies.
  • Reimagine how we partner with agencies, redesigning our creative agency model and master agreements to build future‑ready, high‑performance partnerships.
  • Strengthen accountability and excellence, implementing robust agency evaluation frameworks that motivate and elevate our strongest creative partners.
  • Orchestrate Top‑to‑Top creative reviews, coaching SBUs and global agencies in a true “one‑team” approach to raise the creative bar for our biggest brands.
  • Drive creative governance and measurement, setting clear KPIs, reviewing campaign performance, capturing learnings, and celebrating the wins that move our brands forward.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Extensive senior‑level experience in marketing or creative leadership within global brands or top creative agencies.
  • Strong track record shaping creative strategy across digital, video, social, retail, and creator‑led content.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and guiding them through high‑stakes creative decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead agencies, production partners, and cross‑functional marketing teams.
  • Passion for developing people through coaching, training, and creative capability‑building.
  • Experience redesigning creative partnership models and performance frameworks.  
  • Deep understanding of brand‑building and a proven ability to unite teams behind consistent, high‑quality brand experiences.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a natural ability to bring teams together behind a shared ambition
