Position Summary
As our Global Partnerships & Collaborations Lead, you’ll drive Nestlé’s capabilities in developing strategic, high-impact partnerships and collaborations across the company’s portfolio of brands thereby embedding our brands in culture and driving meaningful, differentiated reach. You’ll uncover high‑potential opportunities others miss and forge bold collaborations with world class global properties and cultural changemakers. More than managing partnerships, you’ll shape cultural relevance and commercial impact, turning ideas into collaborations that excite consumers and drive real value. Working across markets and categories, you’ll help teams make sharper, braver decisions that amplify Nestlé’s influence on the global stage.
A Day in the Life of a Global Partnerships & Collaborations Lead
- Build capability in the power of Partnerships, identification of the strongest potential partners and development of strong activation programmes to accelerate brand equity and brand growth
- Advise and coach our biggest global brand teams to identify high‑potential partnerships based on brand fit, shared audiences, cultural insight, and commercial opportunity.
- Shape compelling collaboration concepts—from co‑branded launches to breakthrough campaigns and retail activations.
- Support teams in structuring and negotiating deals, including scope, IP rights, financials, and distribution terms.
- Oversee execution to ensure smooth delivery, strong alignment, and the intended brand and business impact.
- Define and track partnership KPIs such as reach, media value, retailer performance, sentiment, and incremental revenue.
- Safeguard brand reputation by evaluating risks and ensuring collaborations feel authentic and culturally relevant.
- Build strong relationships with current and future collaborators across industries and cultural spaces.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Creative, and Market teams to deliver best‑in‑class collaborations end‑to‑end.
What will make you successful
- Proven experience leading major partnerships, negotiating deals, and managing multi‑stakeholder collaboration projects.
- Strong understanding of brand building, cultural trends, and consumer behaviour with the ability to spot high‑impact opportunities.
- Ability to develop and pitch compelling partnership ideas that balance creativity with commercial results.
- Skilled in managing complex deals, evaluating performance, and uniting teams with an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset.
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring collaboration performance across brand, media, and commercial metrics.
- Excellent communicator and relationship‑builder, able to influence and align diverse internal and external partners.
