As a NeStep Talent in Marketing Analytics, your mission is to help shape how global marketing investments deliver impact by supporting research and analytics initiatives that drive smarter decisions across media and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with global marketing analytics, media, content, and search teams, as well as external digital partners and research agencies. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep Talent in Marketing Analytics
- Driving global research projects by coordinating studies, tracking progress, and aligning stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Partnering with internal teams and digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, …) to strengthen understanding of media effectiveness across key channels
- Delivering impactful insights by synthesizing findings into clear, engaging reports and presentations for global audiences
- Supporting data-driven decision making by contributing to marketing analytics initiatives and research deliverables
- Building strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution in a fast-paced environment
What will make you successful
- Recent Graduate in Marketing, Economical Statistics (or related fields)
- Bringing strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure, synthesize, and communicate insights clearly
- Being proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Having a genuine curiosity for marketing, media, and data, combined with the drive to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
- Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition
- Fluent in English
Eligibility criteria
- Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).
- Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
