As a Commercial Development Manager, you will lead category strategies and solutions for Hot Beverages (Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Starbucks) in Baltics retailers, enhancing Nestlé's presence and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

Drive and develop omni-channel category strategies.

Develop channel solutions addressing shopper and customer needs.
-
Lead Hot Beverages Category Management projects in Baltic retailers.
-
Build strong customer relationships while adhering to Nestlé policies.
Daily Tasks:
-
Collaborate on local Category Strategy for growth.
-
Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on shopper behavior.
-
Identify new business opportunities based on shoppers' insights.
-
Prepare merchandising and promotional guidelines and evaluate their effectiveness.
-
Communicate winning commercial propositions to sales and marketing teams.
-
Develop a thorough 1-year category plan.
Requirements:
-
3-4 years of experience in Category, Commercial, or Marketing (FMCG industry experience is a plus).

Analytical skills and ability to create insights.
-
Understanding of customers and the selling process.
-
Project management and negotiation skills.
-
Fluency in English.
-
Proactive team-player with fast learning abilities.
-
Driver’s license.
