As a Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful activations and driving portfolio transformation.
Position Summary
As a Brand Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the WINIARY Desserts portfolio in the Polish market, including P&L ownership and long-term strategy development. The role covers end-to-end product innovation and renovation, from concept creation to market launch, in close collaboration with factories and cross-functional teams. You will lead 360° marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social, and influencer channels, ensuring strong consumer engagement and brand visibility. In addition, you will conduct market analysis, oversee agency partnerships, and drive initiatives to strengthen brand perception and growth.

Define and implement short- and long-term strategies for dessert categories based on insights, trends, and business needs

Manage P&L, portfolio, and PFME planning, ensuring profitable growth

Lead NPD projects from concept to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams and factories

Develop and execute 360° marketing communication, from big idea to activation, in partnership with agencies or collaboration with influencers

Coordinate marketing plan implementation with category, sales, supply chain, finance, RSA and other departments
-
Monitor market, competitors, and consumer trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions (Nielsen data, YouGov, internal and external reports)
What will make you successful?

Education: University degree in business management/marketing/economics with be a plus
