Location: Warsaw
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice within the organization, including our production plants
• Drafting and analysing legal documents (internal guidelines, regulations, resolutions, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing labor law documentation, commercial contracts, commercial communication, agreements, and legal documents of any nature
• Providing support to the business in contracts negotiations
• Representing the company in the court proceedings and before state authorities
• Acting as a business partner being able to communicate with the business communities
   

Our key requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Law
• Entry on the Attorneys-at-Law Bar Association List in Poland
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in a corporate FMCG or retail setting
• Very good knowledge of labor law, civil law, commercial law, consumer protection, advertisement legislation
• Fluent Polish (both written and spoken)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• In-depth experience in labor law would be an asset
