The NESCAFÉ® Portioned Coffee Team is looking for a Coffee Lover who will be responsible for the Nescafé Dolce Gusto eCommerce store, as well as for managing two brand websites. If the world of online sales and digital content is familiar to you, and you want to work for well-known brands such as Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Starbucks at Home, don’t hesitate to apply. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Nescafe Dolce Gusto Own Web Shop Sales Development 

  • Ensures flawless web shop operation by handling the operational system of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto  web shop (Magento) and collaborating with the cross-functional team, including Marketing, Demand and Supply Planning, IT, CEE regional and zone teams, and the Warehouse. 

  • Monitors inventory levels and coordinates restocking. 

  • Facilitates a seamless shopper experience by supporting the resolution of web shop issues and testing new functionalities. 

  • Proposes and executes web shop activations with a focus on developing sales; monitors and evaluates their performance. 

  • Coordinates loyalty activations, implements CRM programs and drives 1PD collection. 

  • Assists in resolving shopper inquiries, complaints and issues related to online orders. 

 

Website Management for Nescafe Dolce Gusto and Starbucks at Home 

  • Updates content and keeps it fresh and relevant; provides translations for product descriptions, new coffee recipes, and sustainability projects. 

  • Ensures a positive and intuitive user experience by implementing relevant website solutions and feature updates. 

  • Coordinates with the agency and monitors search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website visibility. 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG or domestic appliances. 

  • Interest in e-commerce sales and new media. 

  • Experience in planning, implementation, and evaluation of online communication. 

  • High sense of ownership. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 

  • Dynamism in action, a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Very good command of English.
